3 Year degrees
i feel it is very important to keep it.

Three year degrees are an integral part of University. There are programs which entail one to take 3 years of University followed by one year of College. To only allow 4 year degrees would coerce these students to take a year of un-needed education. Our democratic dictatorship continues to spark ludicrous ‘plans of improvement’.
